September 5th, 2010:

Nick and I get a new nephew! Cooper Markus West came down to play with us September 5th, 2010. He weighed 6lbs 11oz and was 20 inches long. He is SOOOOO cute it made me SOOOO jealous and anxious for my little man to be here!

Xander giving brother loves. SO cute!

He has the cutest scrawniest long legs

Can you believe all that hair!? I've been told that he got that from his mommy who is Nicks sister sooooo i'm hoping our little man has a chance at not being bald until he's 5! I'll keep praying.... =D

...Lake Powell...

After the sock hop shenanigans my in-laws took us (immediate Judson family) to Lake Powell. I ABSOLUTELY love Lake Powell. My family has been going since I was about ten and it really is one of the best summer vacations Utah has to offer! It was so much fun going with my in-laws because most of them had never been, or only been once at a very young age. Every summer they do a lake trip where they get a house boat and go stay for the week, but they usually go to a different lake. Because of Grandma and Grandpa's anniversary this summer they decided they would try out Lake Powell.

This trip was a little different than the many trips I've been on to Powell seeing as I was pregnant and I was pretty much BANNED from doing anything. Really, AAAANNNNYYYYTTTTHHHIIIIINNNNNGGG. My husband was the "sit dow, lay down, and relax" nazi. Although I didn't get to ski, wakeboard, and tube like I normally like to it was still an AWESOME vacation. What better than, at 18 weeks prego, to sit around in the sun reading or sleeping ALL day long. Loved it! It was also super fun to watch my neice and nephews have so much fun! It made me that much more excited about having my own little one soon and seeing his excitement in experiencing all the little things in life.

This is my fake smile because I was trying to convince them to let me go out on something and the "NAZI" wasn't having it.

These next pictures are super blurry but I had to put them up. This is the boys one night bathing. Pop and Uncle NiNi told Gav that the shower on the boat was only for the women folk and this was how MEN do it.

...Hubby's Birthday...

The night before the sock hop party was my cute husbands twenty fifth....... YES 25TH (ha ha such an old man i'm married to!) birthday. We celebrated by going with most of his entire extended family (because everyone was in town for the sock hop) to Tuacan to see Tarzan. It was such a cute play and lots of fun. During the intermission one of the relatives (i'm thinking if i remember right it was my brother-in-law Cyle) started singing to Nick and got the whole audience singing also. Ha ha. Probably the most people he's ever had sing Happy Birthday to him!

...All Because Two People Fell In Love...

Back in July we went down to St. George for Nicks Grandma and Grandpa Swaney's "surprise" sock hop 50th anniversary party. I say "surprise" because Grandma is a very funny nosey lady and of course already knew. Regardless of the lack of surprise factor it was SUPER fun! I love Nick's grandparents. They are very funny people to be around, to say the least. Grandma and Grandpa started dating back when {if i remember right} Grandma was 13 and grandpa was 15. Cute right! They then got married when Grandpa was 18 and Grandma was 16. It was so fun to see all their cute pictures together as pretty much little kids and on through the years. Grandma's dad had a diner back then and so the decor was patterened exactly after a picture they found of it. There was a talent show compiled of any grandkids and kids willing to participate and lots of dancing afterwards. We had a blast!
